Partner program

Deliver client platforms under your own brand.

  • Agencies, studios, and consultants can build on the platform engine I maintain.
  • You hold the client relationship and set your own pricing.
  • I carry the architecture, hosting, security, and each supported feature.

How it works commercially.

We split each engagement evenly

The monthly and the launch fee alike.

Partner onboarding is $1,500

Plus $500 a month for platform access, which includes your own instance to run your business on.

You set client pricing

Above my retail floor for the same configuration.

You carry

Sales, the client relationship, requirements, first-line support, training, and billing.

I carry

The build, the platform, hosting, maintenance, security, and every feature that ships from here on.

Four things we agree before anything is signed.

You hold the client contract. I hold the platform.

My counterparty is you, never your client.

You may not sell below my retail

For an equivalent configuration. Without that, the partner channel undercuts the direct one using my own wholesale discount.

Your sub-accounts do not carry the direct track's faster support commitment

That commitment runs to you, and absorbing it is part of what the split pays for.

We write the exit path before we need it

If the partnership ends, your clients' production systems must not be stranded. I will offer each of them direct conversion at retail, and pay you a transition sum for a clean handoff.

Every partnership is papered individually before launch, starting with an architecture call.

If you bill a client at a premium because you are good at this, a fixed toll would return the same amount to me while you did the harder work. The split is a resale margin. It pays you for selling and supporting, and it scales with what you actually built.

Bring me the architecture conversation first.

  • Before terms, before a client, before a proposal.
  • Tell me what you sell and who you sell it to, and we will work out whether the engine fits under it.
