Launch terms
Same platform. Different launch work.
- Nonprofit launch is $0 unless you commission a custom feature at launch. Business launch is $3,000 for solo or micro businesses, $6,000 for growing teams, or $12,000 for several locations or brands, up to six units. Scope is agreed before work starts; half is due at start and half at launch.
- Available add-ons are $100 each per month, with no feature cap. Email and SMS usage are billed separately.
- Email includes 10,000 sends per month, then costs $1 per 1,000 sends. SMS costs $0.02 per message segment. Email and SMS are the only metered lines.
- For example, Base with three available add-ons is $800/month; RYO+ with three is $1,300/month, plus usage.
- One data import is included. Additional migration is a $2,500 one-time service.
